The kids had, fun, and I got a workout trying to stack the cups quickly for the kids to knock down again.

Here's the supplies you'll need to play this game:

  • Large white pom poms (I lucked out and found this one that had glitter on it too)

To play the Stacking Cups Christmas Tree Game

Begin by building a tree shape out of the green plastic cups.

You can make it whatever size you want. If you have a lot of kids playing you may want to do a smaller tree. I'd start with 4 cups on the bottom, 3 on the next level, 2 on the next, and then 1 for the top. Hand the kids the large white pom poms and let them throw. You could let them have 3 pom poms and if they don't knock it down with those 3 they get back in line. The preschoolers did pretty good. We had them stand pretty close, but they got the rhythm down and were really excited that they got to knock something over.

Once the cups are knocked down, the person goes to the back of the line and someone else gets a turn. While that is happening you quickly stack the cups back up into tree shape.

It really is a fast pace fun game. Kids of all ages love playing it.

Here is a collection of adult Christmas games. We call them adult, not because they're adult-oriented, but because they work well with an adult crowd, or a mixed crowd of adults and children. They're great for family and office Christmas parties.

Christmas Tree Game

Blind Christmas Tree Ripping

For this game you need green construction paper. Give everyone a chance in attempting to rip a sheet of green construction paper (behind their back) into the shape of a Christmas tree (they mustn't look at their trees, only when they have finished creating their tree). Once they've finished ripping, and before they look, give them little stickers to decorate their tree with. Once all done, hang everyone's tree up and have everyone judge for the best looking trees.

Christmas Tree Game In The Christmas Prince

Relay with Kisses

This can also be played with all ages. Insert lots of Hershey Chocolate Kisses into a bowl on a table. Divide your group into two teams and have them line up around 10-15 feet away from the table. Give the first people in the row mittens that are slightly larger than they would ever need. On the mark of 'Go', the first player of each team runs to the table (with their mittens on), takes a Hershey's kiss out from the bowl and tries unwrapping it with the large mittens. After they unwrap it they have to run down and pop it into the next person's mouth. The next person takes the mittens and runs to the bowl to do the same.

Blind Christmas Drawing

https://gbql.over-blog.com/2021/02/nikon-alphaphot-se-manual.html. This game can be played with all ages. Someone needs to be chosen to be the leader. Everyone sits in a circle and has a few pieces of paper, a hard book or tray to draw on, a marker, and optionally some Christmas stickers.

On the call of ‘Go', everyone puts their book or tray on their head and a blank piece of paper on top of that. The leader has to guide them to draw something, for example 'Draw a fireplace, then draw 4 stockings hanging on the fireplace, then draw candy-canes in a basket on the floor, then stick a candy sticker as closest as you can onto one of the stockings', etc.

Then, when the leader finishes describing the imagined drawing, everyone takes their papers off their head; these pictures can be very funny to look at. Winrar mac os x yosemite. The way the points go – the leader offers points. For example, 3 points for every sticker touching any stocking, 2 points if the candy-canes are in the basket, 2 points for any line that crosses, one point for each stocking that is put on the mantel, etc. You can continue doing this a few times, with the leader imaging a Christmas tree, Santa Claus, basically anything having to do with Christmas. I want to play video poker. The person with most points is then the winner.

Carol Singing in Pairs

Before the party, write down names of Christmas songs on slips of paper (2 of each song – on two different slips of paper). Then put the amount of slips, as there are people, in a bag (there needs to be an even number for this game). Each person has to draw a slip of paper and make sure not to show it to anyone. Once they see what song they got, they need to begin humming the song (everyone will start humming at the same time). Each person has to find the other person who is humming the same song as they are. Once they locate this person, they hold hands and start singing the song out load. The first ones to do this are the winners! This is a great game with lots of people (makes it harder for the pairs to locate each other).

Reindeer Antlers

Here is another one of those cool adult Christmas games. Divide your group into teams of two to four people. Give each group a pair of pantyhose (not the really tight ones… you want ones that are a looser). Give each team eight balloons. Then, when 'Go' is said, the race starts, and the teams start blowing up the balloons and stuffing them into the pantyhose. Once all the balloons are stuffed inside the pantyhose (4 in each leg), someone has to wear the 'reindeer antlers' and needs to sing the first verse of 'Jingle Bells'. The first team to finish – is the winning team. This is great for a group Christmas picture – you can also let everyone finish making their antlers and photograph all the 'reindeers' together.

Santa Costume

This is a great game for six or more players. You will need white and red paper (can be crepe or tissue paper), masking tape, and white cotton. Divide everyone into teams (you need to have at least three people in a team, and at least two teams). Each team chooses one of their group members to be Santa. Give each team a set of materials (it makes it more challenging if you don't give scissors). On the mark of 'Go', each team needs to create a Santa costume for their group member with the materials they have. They should be given a time limit (five to seven minutes makes it fast and fun, but if you see that they can use a bit more time, you can give them a few more minutes). Assign someone to be a judge; it's best if everyone wins in a different category. It's surprising to how elaborate people can get with creating these Santa Costumes!!

Holiday Sausages

Divide your group into two teams. Have the two teams sit in front of each other (each on their own side). A person from one team is chosen to start by asking a person from the other team a question. They can ask any question, but the answer must always be the same 'Holiday Sausages'. The person answering must not laugh or smile, and if he does so successfully, his team gets a point. If he laughs or smiles, his team has to ask the other team a question. Everyone plays this until all have had a turn or two. Whichever team ends with the most points is the winning team! This is one of those adult Christmas games that can become hilarious and it can get to the point where it's very hard to stay serious.

Christmas Object Drawing

For this game, two people sit back to back. Planet 7 online casino reviews. One of them is given some kind of Christmas object – an ornament, a toy, a kitchen object, etc., and the other is given a paper and marker, pen, or pencil. The person with the object cannot reveal what object it is, but needs to describe to the person drawing what it looks like (for example, 'it is a long object, there is a diagonal coming from the bottom left to the top right, now draw a circle on the top', etc.). The quality of the final picture depends of course on how well the person describes it and how well the interpreter interprets it. The outcome can be very funny!

Dress Up, Open Up

This is game is best for 3-10 players. For this game you will need a wrapped gift, coat, hat, scarf, oven mitts and dice. Before the party wrap up a small gift (this can be anything—candy, chocolates, a CD, etc.). Then wrap this small box in many larger boxes (one inside the other. Don't tell anyone about it, they will find this out as the game goes on). It's best to use duct-tape for wrapping (to make it hard to open).

Decorate A Christmas Tree Game

Have everyone sit in a circle and put the wrapped box in the middle. Next to this put the coat, hat, scarf and oven mitts. Before the game starts, choose a random number to be the 'chosen number'; if someone rolls this number with their dice, they need to put on the coat, hat, scarf and oven mitts and attempt opening the box. In the meantime, when that person is trying to open the box, people continue taking turns and rolling the dice. Whoever gets the chosen number again has to take the dressed person's place—put the coat, hat, scarf and oven mitts on—and continue opening the presents. This can be one of those adult Christmas games that's very fun to play!!
